About Us
Stuart Mesa Elementary School is part of the Oceanside Unified School District, a K-12 district located in north San Diego county. As one of twenty-three schools in the district, we offer a full academic program to approximately 600 students. Our district’s vision is that all students will graduate college and career ready, prepared to be responsible global citizens and ambitious future leaders. Students are challenged and rewarded every day in this rich learning environment. In addition to the core subject areas of reading, writing, math, science, and social studies, students at Stuart Mesa Elementary School have the opportunity to participate in music, PE, STEM, and Project Lead the Way. Students have access to Chromebooks and iPads to support individualized learning through a wealth of digital curriculum. Every day students are engaged in highly rigorous learning through technology, collaboration, inquiry, and project-based learning.
